The brick wall in the comic is a shameless and overt lift from Charles Schulz’ Peanuts comic strip.  I used it a lot to frame these type of conversations between Scott and Curt during the comic.  As for this first one, little did I know in those early, early days of the 21st Century how much faster culture could spin.  And Pop Will Eat Itself was a pretty fun band — still around and touring.

These first few comics were meant to be an introduction to Scott (the blue guy) and Curt (the orange guy).  Somehow I forgot to include Scott’s name in one of them.

Welcome to Life In Four Panels.  This is a comic that I originally created and published online in sporadic stretches from 2002 through 2004.  This is not just a simple repost of the original strips — although a good chunk of them are exactly the same — I’ve plotted out an overall story that will run to a conclusion at the end of 2020 and reshuffled the existing strips to fit into this new version.  And I’m making a lot of new strips too.
