A murder spree through two states, which is essentially what the sniper (or snipers) is doing, is interstate. There is no reason why the FBI should not have taken charge of this investigation as soon as the first Virginia victim was murdered. World Series Fever

Rally Monkey Says Go Angels! Anaheim Angels Going to the World Series I’m not nearly the baseball fan I was as a kid growing up in Orange County but after the heartbreak loss to Boston in the 80’s; it’s still sweet to see the hometown team finally make it to the top. The Angels’ first American League pennant and coming up next a shot at the Cards or the Giants. It must be the Giants. Taking down Bonds and the Orange and Black would be great!

2002 Soccer ReCap Another year of soccer and although I didn’t get to see as much MLS soccer as I would have liked, thanks to the miracle that is TIVO I saw just about all of the Korea/Japan World Cup. There’s not much you can add about the World Cup: a great cup, dramatic upsets, a solid final between two futbol giants and a nice performance from Ronaldo that caps his return from the still bizarre disaster of a performance in the France 1998 final.
